As a Customer Success Manager (m/f/d), you will be responsible for building and maintaining a trusting relationship with our customers, which contributes significantly to customer satisfaction, product adoption. and ultimately retention. You'll work with both the sales and product teams to drive adoption of best practices and use of our platform to get the most value from implementation. You will support customers in achieving their business goals, identifying opportunities to increase sales, increasing customer satisfaction. and improving overall customer satisfaction scores.
- Identify growth and cross-sell opportunities with existing customers and successfully implement them.
- Qualify opportunities for up- and cross-selling in close cooperation with the sales team.
- Build and strengthen professional relationships with decision makers, including senior sponsors with our existing clients.
- Provide constructive feedback and valuable insights into customer needs in direct contact with the product management team to ensure long-term customer satisfaction and deliver a first-class experience.
You are an ideal candidate if:
- You have experience in managing ongoing customer relationships.
- You have a proven track record of customer satisfaction and retention.
- You have excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- You have an eye for upsell/cross-sell opportunities as well as excellent presentation skills in sales.
- You are fluent in German and English.
