a) Storage period

If we did not collect this information, we wouldnot be able to ensure that our cookies and website function properly and somefeatures of the website may not be available to you. The legal basis for suchprocessing of personal data is our legitimate interest under Article 6(1)(f)DSGVO. 5. User Tracking

 

Use of Google Analytics

 

1. General information
We use the Google Analytics analysis tool on our website. Google Analytics isprovided by Google Ireland Ltd, Gordon House, Barrow Street Dublin 4 Ireland.Google Analytics uses cookies to store and systematically evaluate the behaviorof our website visitors. As part of this, the following data is collected:

* IP address of the user (anonymized).
* Unique user ID assigned to a browser
* Click behavior of the user on the website
* The subpages that the user has called up
* Browser type, URL, screen resolution
* Timestamp

The IP address is not stored in full, as the last octet of the IP addressis masked before storage. The shortened IP address cannot be assigned to auser's device.

 

2. Purpose and legal basis for data processing
a) Analytics
The data processing of the user's personal data with the help of GoogleAnalytics enables us to analyze the usage behavior of our users. By evaluatingthe collected data, we can gather information about the use of individualcomponents of our website. This helps us to continuously improve our ownwebsite and its usability. The legal basis for this data processing of personaldata is your consent pursuant to Art. 6 para. 1 subpara. 1 letter a) DSGVO.

 

b) Personalization and marketing
In addition, we may use the data collected by Google Analytics cookies topersonalize our online offers and provide you with content and advertisingtailored to your personal interests. For this purpose, you will be assigned togroups based on your personal interests, which we learn about through your useof our website.

 

3. Storage period
The data stored by Google Analytics will be deleted as soon as you revoke yourconsent or the data is no longer needed for our purposes mentioned above. Thisis the case after 180 days.

 

4. Possibility of "opt-out
You have the option to prevent Google Analytics from collecting yourinformation when you visit our website. You can either change your browsersettings so that cookies are no longer set, or revoke your consent to the useof cookies in our cookie settings.

 

5. Place of processing
EU/EEA; UK (According to EU Commission safe third country); USA and other thirdcountries (based on EU Commission standard data protection clauses, Article46(2)(c) DSGVO or if applicable based on adequacy decisions (Article 45DSGVO)), consent according to Article 49(1)(a) DSGVO.

6. Lead Generation LinkedIn

On our LinkedIn account, we use the function thatallows LinkedIn members to submit their contact and other information (leadgeneration form). In this context, we process this data ("form data")only for lawful purposes to which the registered LinkedIn members haveconsented. The questions in our Form do not contain sensitive data, includingdata revealing an individual's racial or ethnic origin, political opinions,religious or philosophical beliefs, trade union membership; health or sexualorientation data; criminal offense data; government-issued identification;logins and passwords; financial account information; and

information aboutminors under the age of 16.

Form data is available to us or an authorized thirdparty through LinkedIn for up to 90 days, provided LinkedIn members haveconsented to the storage of the data.

Subject to our privacy policy associated with leadgeneration forms on pages, the reasonable privacy expectations of registeredLinkedIn members, applicable laws, these Terms, and the scope of any consentsobtained through lead generation forms on pages, we ourselves use form data tocontact LinkedIn members who request it.

In the event of revocation or requests for deletion ofthe form data from LinkedIn members, the data will be deleted by us inaccordance with the relevant legal requirements.

7. Zapier
