Collected data:
If you are interested in receiving additional information about our services, requesting customer support, taking advantage of other offers or functionality, registering to use our websites, registering for an event or webinar, or downloading certain content, Lyntics sometimes requires your contact information. Examples of data that may be collected include your name, occupation, title, company name, address, telephone number, email address, or username and password. If Lyntics receives Personal Data subject to the Privacy Shield (see Section 4) and transfers it to a Third Party Provider acting on Lyntics' behalf, Lyntics will only be liable under the Privacy Shield if (i) the Third Party Provider processes the data in a manner inconsistent with the Privacy Shield and (ii) Lyntics is responsible for the damage.

Transfer of personal data:
Lyntics may at times transfer your personal data to other countries. Therefore, your personal data may also be processed outside the European Economic Area (EEA) and in countries that are not subject to an adequacy finding by the European Commission and may not ensure an equivalent level of protection of personal data.
